MVolve offers a range of tailored leadership development programs, organisational capability development training, management consulting, and executive coaching and mentoring services.

Our specialty is teaching individuals the leadership skills and knowledge that drive and grow the business through transformational culture change, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.

We work with companies and organisations, global enterprises, HR managers, senior managers and organisational capability leaders across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Who are our clients?

Because our programs and services are customised and adaptable across all business types and industries, our clients are varied.

We work with executives, senior managers, HR and organisational capability leaders in medium to large companies and organisations who wish to develop their talent and achieve a positive culture change. In our capacity as career development consultants, we also work with individuals on career coaching and mentoring.

Qantas, Woolworths, Caltex, Allianz, National Australia Bank, International SOS and SAI Global are just some of the companies Ira and Andrew have helped in the past to develop talent, enhance skills and capabilities and maximise achievements.

Who are we?

With backgrounds across a range of industries – including aviation, HR management, organisational capability and learning and development – Ira and Andrew each ran their own management consultancy and professional development business before joining forces to set up MVolve.

Passionate about developing businesses and individuals, our motto is: Involve. Evolve. MVolve.

INVOLVE. Through our partnerships, we became deeply involved in diverse businesses and organisations. We immersed ourselves in the management styles of small and medium enterprises, global organisations, not-for-profits and high-level executives. We found out exactly what works and what doesn’t.

EVOLVE. We identified a need for organisations to evolve. To become more successful and customer-oriented, organisations as well as individuals need to evolve their current thinking and perspectives on leadership and professional development.

MVOLVE. This led to the creation of MVolve. Through our targeted services and programs, we help individuals and organisations elevate their leadership capabilities in a safe and collaborative environment, to the benefit of the entire organisation.

Ira and Andrew both share the same vision of supporting organisations to realise the importance of moving towards a business model that is intrinsically customer oriented.

Ira Moentaco

Ira is a management consultant whose expertise ranges across leadership development, organisational capability and executive coaching. A strategic and insightful organisational learning professional, Ira specialises in bringing out the very best in people.

With more than 20 years’ industry experience, she has successfully developed, delivered and implemented dynamic cultural change strategies and impactful leadership programs that have empowered teams and individuals to fulfil their true potential.

Ira specialises in the coaching and career development of individuals, from recent graduates through to those in early careers, middle management and executive level. Ira’s ability to assess multilayered situations and identify appropriate solutions underscores her ability to gain meaningful insights and follow up with thorough analysis. She is highly skilled at group facilitation and promoting collaborative environments with diverse ideas and opinions.

Ira holds a Master in Adult Education and qualifications in Change Management and several leadership assessment and psychometric tools.

Andrew Vitalis

Andrew is a learning and development professional. His expertise is partnering with CEOs, executives and individuals to develop tailored learning experiences that maximise outcomes by moving from the theoretical to the practical.

With over 25 years of experience in frontline customer service and working in a wide variety of industries, Andrew brings a deep understanding of culture change, sales and customer experience. He knows how to challenge thinking and create a learning environment that fosters collaboration and thought leadership.

Andrew has worked with large Australian companies such as Qantas and Woolworths, developing and delivering programs for customer contact staff resulting in positive organisational changes and enhanced customer service delivery. Other clients whose organisation and staff benefited from Andrew’s training, coaching and skill development programs include the National Gallery of Victoria, NAB and the University of Sydney.

Holding a Bachelor of Adult and Vocational Education, Andrew is also a certified Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) practitioner, adding additional perspective and further enhancing the learner experience and course outcomes.
